     STATE OF KERALA REPRESENTED BY THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, HIGH COURT OF
     KERALA, ERNAKULAM, KOCHI - 682 031.

     Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
High Court be pleased to suspend the conviction and sentence as against
the petitioner as per the judgment dated 23-2-2021 in Sessions Case No.530
of 2009 on the files of the Fast Track Special Judge,Kozhikode,pending
disposal of the above Criminal Appeal.
     This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and this Court's orders dated 03/06/2021 and 06/04/2022 of Crl M.A 1/21 in
the appeal and upon hearing the arguments of K.M.SATHYANATHA MENON,
SMT.KAVERY S THAMPI, Advocates for the petitioners and of PUBLIC
PROSECUTOR for the respondent, the court passed the following:

The interim bail granted by this Court in all these cases, considering the pandemic situation, is already over. Hence, all the petitioners are directed to report to the jail within three days from today.
