        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution
   of the judgment dated 17-12-2016 passed in OP(Ele) 381/2005, on the files
   of the Addl District Judge- II, Kollam till the disposal of the above case
   in the interest of justice.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's
   order dated 26/10/2021 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. E.M.MURUGAN,
   Advocate for the petitioner and of SRI.ARUN BABU, Advocate for the
   respondents, the court passed the following:


                                          O R D E R

The interim order dated 26-10-2021 will stand revived and extended by a period of six months.
