ORDER
It has been informed to this Court that even the Administrator of the Society, newly added respondent is not there in the Kerala State Defence Services Co- operative Housing Society Ltd. The direction given by this Court was to return all the original documents submitted by the petitioner at the time of availing of the amount.
Learned Government Pleader is directed to ascertain the information with regard to the records of the Co- operative Society even if it is found to be defunct and ensure that the documents submitted by the petitioner are returned to him in compliance of the judgment and submit a short affidavit in this regard. In case the affidavit appears to be not in compliance of the direction, this Court will be constrained to take action. Hearing of the Contempt Petition is deferred to 14.06.2022.
