                           JUDGMENT

Dated this the 31st day of May, 2022 This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct respondents 2 and 3 to permit the petitioner to remove all the materials, which are specified in Ext.P2, from the premises which was taken possession of by the 3rd respondent as per Ext.P1.

2. When this writ petition came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has removed certain items from the building and at present the respondent authorities are permitting him to remove the items.

3. The learned Standing Counsel for the 1 st respondent submitted that the respondents cannot vouchsafe the number of items available in the building as per Ext.P2. However, the respondents have no objection in the petitioner removing the remaining movables belonging to him. WP(C) NO.15460 OF 2022 3 In view of the submission made as above, no further orders are required in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of recording the submissions made as above. The petitioner will be at liberty to raise grievance, if any, remaining after removal of the available items, before the appropriate forum.
