                                                     ORDER

Sri.S. Manu, learned Assistant Solicitor General of India, would submit that, he has been furnished instructions from the Registrar of CESTAT that, the Ministry of Law and Justice has examined the scope of filing SLP for Civil Appeal as against Anx.A judgment of this Court, confirming the verdict of the Tribunal and the Law Ministry of the Union Government has instructed the Administrative Ministry concerned, viz., the Finance Ministry in the Department of Revenue to comply with the directions in Anx.A judgment of this Court and that some more time may be required to report compliance by the competent authority of the Union Finance Ministry.

2. In view of this fair submission, we are not now initiating contempt of court proceedings.

3. Accordingly it is ordered that the respondent Secretary to Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Con.Case(C) No.766/2022 3/4 Con. Case (C) No.766 of 2022 2 Revenue, will ensure that the directions in Anx.A judgment dated 04.12.2021 in OP(CAT) No.66/2021, is complied without any further delay. Copy of the necessary proceedings issued by the respondent, in such compliance, may be immediately reported to the learned Assistant Solicitor General of India.

List the contempt case in the admission list on 14.06.2022. Hand Over a copy of this order to both sides.
