        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay the operation and implementation of and all further
   proceedings pursuant to Ext.P8, pending disposal of the Writ Petition
   (Civil).
        This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of

                                               ORDER

The learned Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that despite the directions issued by this Court in Ext.P7, Ext.P8 has been issued fastening a liability of Rs.14 lakhs and odd upon the petitioner.

Having regard to the submissions advanced, recovery of amounts from the petitioner on the strength of Ext.P8 order will stand stayed for a period of one month.
