        OP (Family Court) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the OP (FC) the High Court be
   pleased to stay Exhibit P6 proclamation for sale and all further
   proceedings pursuant to E.P. No.7/2020 in OP No.223/2019 on the file of
   the Family Court, Chavara, pending disposal of the above Original Petition
   (Family Court).
        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of OP (FC) and upon hearing the arguments
   of SRI.ARUN MATHEW VADAKKAN, Advocate for the petitioners, the court
   passed the following:
                                      ORDER

Notice before admission to the respondent by speed post.

Simultaneously, the petitioner shall serve notice to the respondent through her counsel appearing before the Family Court. The confirmation of the sale be deferred for one month.
