JUDGMENT
Dated this the 31st day of May, 2022 This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:
"i) To issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 2nd respondent to dispose of Exhibit P2 representation within a time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
ii) To declare that petitioner is entitled to get the transfer from her present station (Thiruvananthapuram) to her home station (Kottayam) on compassionate ground as ventilated in Exhibit P2 representation."
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader as well as the learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that seeking a transfer to her home station, the petitioner has preferred Exhibit P2 representation before the 2nd respondent and seeks a WP(C) NO.17582 OF 2022 3 consideration of the same. It is submitted that the reasons stated in the representation are supported by Exhibit P3 medical certificate and Exhibit P4 Government Order.
Having heard the learned Government Pleader also, there will be a direction to the 2 nd respondent to take up, consider and pass orders on Exhibit P2 representation submitted by the petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
