     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to enlarge the time
limit fixed by this Hon'ble Court by judgment dated 05.08.2021 for a
further period of one year, in the interest of justice.


     This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's final order
dated 05.08.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of SMT.SARITHA THOMAS &
SRI.ALEX.M.SCARIA, Advocates for the petitioner and of SRI.

                                    ORDER

By judgment dated 5.8.2021, the C.R.Ps were allowed and the original petitions remanded to the District Court, Wayanad for fresh consideration. The parties were directed to co-operate and the court below was directed to take earnest efforts to dispose of the cases within six months. These applications are filed by the petitioner seeking extension of the time limit stipulated in the judgment by one year.

2. Learned submitted that, due to COVID-19 related issues and the intervening vacation, appropriate steps for amending the original petitions could be submitted only on 24.5.2022. In the nature of the amendment, more time will be required for deciding the original petitions.

In view of the submissions, the time limit stipulated in the judgment is extended by a further period of six months.
