                         I.A.No.2 of 2022
                               in
                     W.P.(C)No.12446 of 2021
             --------------------------------------
Dated this the 31st day of May, 2022

                                         ORDER

This application, seeking extension of time frame in the judgment for complying with the directions therein, is opposed by the respondents saying what has been sought for is excessive.

2. I must say that I find some force in the submissions of the respondents, since, through the original judgment, I had granted eight months time to the petitioners herein to complete the work.

In the afore circumstances, I allow this IA, however, extending the time frame in the judgment only for a period of four months from the original period.

In all other respects, the judgment will remain unaltered.
