Sri.K.Mohanakannan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks short time to file an affidavit explaining the difficulties as to why he is not in a position to get the due amounts even though he is a self drawing officer, and that though the part amounts have already been paid, it is mainly on account of the problems in the SPARK software, etc. The respondents may also file their statement in the matter. List on 10.6.2022.
