           SATHEEDEVI, AGED 34 YEARS, D/O KRISHNAN EZHUTHASSAN, KAVUNKAL (H),
           KAVALAPPARA DESOM, VITHINASSERY, NENMARA, CHITTOOR, PALAKKAD
           DISTRICT, PIN-678508.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the
   E.P.No.19/22 for the execution of the ex-parte judgment and decree passed
   by the Honourable Family Court, Palakkad, on 20.05.2019 in O.P.No.534/2017
   Or else, irreparable injury will be caused to the Appellant/petitioner
   herein.
        This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of MR.LIJOY P.VARGHESE, Advocate for the applicant, the court passed the
   following:
                                      ORDER

There shall be an interim order of stay as prayed for, for one month.

Post after three weeks.
