JUDGMENT
The petitioner has submitted Ext.P4 application before the respondent for removal of ordinary earth for the purpose of construction of his residential building. The petitioner states that the petitioner has also paid the royalty as per Ext.P5. The grievance of the petitioner is that Ext.P4 is not so far taken up for consideration by the respondent.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
3. There will be a direction to the respondent to consider Ext.P4 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
