        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to suspend the execution of sentence passed against
   the petitioner/appellant by the Fast Track Special Court(Rape and POCSO
   Cases), Hosdurg, vide Judgment dated 30-04-2022 in S.C. No. 164/2017,
   during the pendency of the above appeal,so as to secure the ends of
   justice.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.JIJI, M.M.BABY, Advocates for the
   petitioner,and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondent the court passed
   the following:
                                      ORDER

Execution of sentence shall stand suspended on the condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.1,00,000/- each with two solvent sureties for the likesum each to the satisfaction of the Court below and on further condition that the petitioner shall deposit the entire fine amount at the Court below within one month.
