Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein, the
High Court be pleased to issue an order suspending the execution of the
sentence passed against the petitioner in CC.No.618 of 2007 on the file of
the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Mattannoor as confirmed with
modification of sentence by Judgment in Crl.Appeal No.310 of 2013 on the
file of the Court of Addl.Sessions III, Thalassery, and direct them to be
released on bail, pending final disposal of the above Criminal Revision
Petition.
This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
application and this Court's previous Order dated 28/03/2022 in
Crl.M.A.1/2019 and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.M.T.SURESHKUMAR &
SRI.R.RENJITH, Advocates for the petitioners and the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for
the respondent, the Court passed the following:
ORDER
Interim order shall stand extended until further orders.
