   RESPONDENTS:

      1. UNION OF INDIA,REPRESENTED BY SECRETARY,MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND
         FAMILY WELFARE,NEW DELHI 110 011.

    and 6 others.


        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to pass an interim direction to:

        i. stay the operation and implementation of Exhibit P18
   notification.

        ii. and direct the 5th respondent to retain the petitioners in the
   post of Attender and Part Time Sweeper respectively at the Ayush NHM
   Homeopathic Dispensary, Mananthavady Municipality provisionally and
   subject to the outcome of the Writ Petition.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this curt's order dated
   13-05-2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.KALEESWARAM RAJ, THULASI
   K. RAJ, SHILPA SOMAN Advocates for the petitioner, GOVERNMENT PLEADER for
   R2 to R4 & R7(B/o), ASG OF INDIA for R1 (B/o) and ADV.SANTHARAM.P,
   STANDING COUNSEL for R5 & R6, the court passed the following:

                                          ORDER

Learned Government Pleader to get instructions as to the steps taken by the Director of Urban Affairs, to comply with the directions contained in Exhibit P12 judgment.

The interim order, in so far as it directs continuance of the petitioners service is extended. It is made clear that the Municipality will be at liberty to proceed with the selection process upto the stage of appointment.
