        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the Judgment and decree dated 04.12.2021 in O.S.No.93/2011 on the file
   of the Sub Court, Kattappana, pending disposal of this Regular First
   Appeal.

        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof,and this court's order dated
