                                JUDGMENT

Sri.Ashwin Kumar -learned counsel, representing Sri.Sooraj Elenjickal - learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2, submitted that his client has already taken steps in compliance of the directions of this Court and therefore, that the petitioner will receive his pension within a period of two/three weeks.

2. The learned Senior Government Pleader - Smt.Mable C. Kurian, submitted that if the 2nd respondent had already taken action, then no further orders are required against the 1st respondent.

Recording the afore submissions of the learned counsel, I close this Contempt Case; however, leaving liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again with a re-hearing, if the pension is not received by him within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy this judgment.
