                                                 ORDER

By judgment dated 3.3.2022, this Court after considering the facts and circumstances had issued directions to the University to consider Ext.P14 series of representation submitted by the petitioners and take a decision within a period of three weeks. It is also stated that if the decision of the University favours any of the petitioners, it would be open for them to apply for a consolidated mark list and provisional degree certificate on the filing of an appropriate application and on remitting the fee if any. It was also ordered that the consolidated mark list and the provisional mark list shall be issued within a further period of two weeks.

2. The petitioner contends that no orders were passed within the stipulated period of three weeks.

3. The learned Standing Counsel on instructions submits that in compliance with the directions issued by this Court, the University had Con.Case(C) No.772/2022 3/4 Cont.Case (C)No. 772 of 2022 2 considered the petitions and has passed an order allowing moderation to the eligible candidates. The said order was passed on 16.5.2022. It is also stated that individual grade cards after effecting moderation are being issued to the candidates.

Having considered the submissions and taking note of the urgency expressed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I direct the petitioners to approach the University forthwith with proper ID cards. If they approach the University, the provisional degree certificate and consolidated mark lists shall be issued to the petitioners in terms of the order passed by this Court.

Post after ten weeks.
