ORDER
By judgment dated 08.12.2021, the original petition was allowed and the petitioner directed to carry out amendment of the plaint within two weeks. Being a suit of the year 2015, the trial court was directed to take earnest efforts to dispose of the matter within two months of the amendment. Learned Munsiff has requested for extension of the time limit stipulated by another three months.
I am satisfied with the reasons stated and accordingly, the time limit for disposal of O.S.No.359/2015 on the files of Munsiff Court, Mavelikara is extended by two months from today.
