ORDER
The Assistant Commissioner having jurisdiction over the 1st respondent-Circle Inspector of Police, Ernakulam Town South Police Station, Thevara, will conduct an enquiry and ascertain the correctness or otherwise of the allegations raised in this memorandum of contempt petition as against both the 1st respondent-Circle Inspector of Police as well as the 2nd respondent, one Sri.Nebu and file a report before this Court, within 10 days. In the meanwhile, the 1 st respondent will also file an affidavit before this Court, well before the next posting date.
