JUDGMENT
First petitioner is the holder of a regular permit. He along with the 2 nd petitioner has submitted Ext P2 joint application for transfer of permit in favour of the 2nd petitioner. The application was submitted on 18.04.2022. The petitioner seeks for an expeditious consideration of the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned senior Government Pleader.
The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the authority to consider Ext P2 joint application for transfer as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
