JUDGMENT
The above writ petition is filed with following prayers : "i) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction directing the 4th respondent to consider Ext.P3 letter and to issue the transfer certificates and conduct certificates as requested in Ext.P3 without delay.
ii) To issue such other writ order or direction as the petitioner seeks from time to time and this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper" [SIC]
2. The main prayer in the writ petition is to issue direction to the 4th respondent to consider Ext.P3 letter. Ext.P3 is a letter dated 23.1.2013, in which the prayer is to issue the transfer certificates and conduct certificates of three children who were studying in Cresent Public School, Thottumugham, Aluva. What transpired thereafter is not clear. Probably, the prayers in the writ petition might have been infructuous.
Therefore, this writ petition is closed.
