JUDGMENT
Though petitioner's appointment as LPSA was approved with effect from the date of appointment, salary in the regular scale of pay was directed to be paid only from 06.02.2021, based on G.O(P) No. 4/2021 G.Edn. A ggrieved by the denial of regular scale of pay from the date of appointment, petitioner has preferred Ext.P6 revision petition before the 1st respondent.
2. Having regard to the circumstances pointed out and after having heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader, I am of the view that, this writ petition can be disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of Ext.P6 revision petition in a time bound manner.
3. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of Ext.P6 revision WP(C) NO. 4237 OF 2022 3 petition dated 20.01.2022, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and also after considering the effect of Ext.P2 government order.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
