          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High
   Court be pleased to stay the operation of the judgment dated 25.11.2021 in AS.NO.09/2021 on the file
   of the Subordinate Judge, Tirur which arose from the judgment and decree dated 27.01.2021 in
   OS.No.39/2019 on the file of the Munsiff Court,Parappanangadi till the disposal of the Second Appeal.
          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit
   filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 04.04.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.DEEPA NARAYANAN, K.SUJAI SATHIAN, MARY LIYA SABU, VISMAYA VINOD, Advocates for the
   petitioners and of SRI.T.M.ABDUL LATHEEF, Advocate for the Respondent (Caveator), the court
   passed the following:
