           KAMALA K.P., D/O.THAMPAN, AGED 56 YEARS, RESIDING AT
           KAYYALAKULANGARA PARAMBA, MANDOOR P.O, KANNUR DISTRICT 670 501.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to pass an interim
   order of stay of all further proceedings in E.P.No.54/2021 on the file of
   the Family Court, Kannur and the execution and operation of the judgment
   dated 28.09.2021 in OP 16/2019 on the file of the Family Court, Kannur, in
   the interest of justice, pending disposal of the Matrimonial Appeal.
        This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S.O.V.MANIPRASAD, JOSE ANTONY, S.SHIV SHANKAR and SRUTHYMON P.R,
   Advocate for the applicant, the court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

Interim order as sought for, on condition of depositing half of the maintenance awarded by the Family court, within two months.
