           KUNNUMBHAGOM.P.O.,KIZHAKKUM BHAGOM KARA, CHIRAKKADAVU VILLAGE,
           KANJIRAPALLY TALUK, KOTTAYAM.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment dated 28.01.2022 in OP No.478/2016 on the file of the
   Family court, Pala till the disposal of this matrimonial appeal.
        This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of MR.SIJO PATHAPARAMBIL JOSEPH, Advocate for the applicant, the court
