Review Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
High Court be pleased to direct the 1st and the 2nd respondents to produce the
minor child Dhyan Nirmal before this Honourable Court and grant the petitioner
the interim custody of the minor, till the disposal of the Review Petition.
This Review petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the
petition and this Court's judgment dated 08/04/2021 in OP(FC) No. 190/2021 &
order dated 24/05/2022 in RP No. 366/2021 and upon hearing the arguments of
M/S. T.B.SHAJIMON, T.S. HARIKUMAR & GOVINDU P.RENUKADEVI, Advocates for the
petitioner in RP/R1 in OP(FC) and of SRI.G. SREEKUMAR (CHELUR), Advocate for

ORDER
We interacted with the parties online. Mother of the child submits that she could not bring the child to India during summer holidays as agreed, due to her examination in Germany and she has undertaken before this Court that she will bring the child during December vacation.
Hence, we direct to bring the child on 22.12.2022.
