        Op (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings pursuant to the Exhibit P12 judgment dated
   16.12.2021 in C.M.A No.6/2020 on the files of the Learned Second
   Additional District Court, Kasaragod, pending disposal of this Original
   Petition (Civil) so as to secure the ends of justice.
        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.T.MADHU, C.R.SARADAMANI, SHAHID AZEEZ, RESHMA SANTHOSH & RENJISH S.
   MENON, Advocates for the petitioner, the court passed the following:

Heard. Issue notice to the respondents by speed post as well as by serving copy of this petition to the counsel appearing for the respondents before the court below.

Post on 08.07.2022.

Further proceedings in O.S. No.3/2017 on the files of the Subordinate Judge's Court, Kasargod shall stand stayed till then.
