          Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances

   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be

   pleased to issue an interim order, permitting the petitioner to execute

   the agreement without insisting for conditions in Exhibit P3, pending

   dispsoal of the above Writ Petition (Civil).



          This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and

   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of

In view of the judgment of this Court in W.P.

(C)Nos.2558 and 4140 of 2022, there will be an interim order in this Writ Petition directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to execute agreements without insisting on providing Additional Performance Guarantee, provisionally and subject to the outcome of the writ petition.
