   No.81/2009 on the file of the Sub Court, Cherthala.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   06.04.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.C.ELDHO, S.BIJILAL &
