Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution
of the judgment and decree in OP No.713/2019 passed by the Family Court,
Thalassery dated 10.03.2022, pending disposal of the Matrimonial Appeal.
This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments

I.A.No.1 of 2022 Heard the learned counsel for the appellant. Execution of the decree in O.P.No.713 of 2019 of the Family Court, Thalassery, is stayed on condition of the appellant furnishing security for the due performance of the decree, to the satisfaction of the Family Court, Thalassery.
