        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution
   of the decree and judgment dated 13/11/2017 in OS No.20/2013 on the file
   of the Subordinate Judge's Court, Kannur, till the final disposal of the
   Appeal, in order to secure the ends of justice.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof,and this court's
   order dated 9/3/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of SMT.LATHA ANAND,
   SRI.M.N.RADHAKRISHNA MENON, SRI.S.VISHNU, SRI.JOSEPH SEBASTIAN PARACKAL,
