        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   and execution of order dated 16-11-2019 in R.C.P No. 185 of 2018 passed by
   Rent Control Court/ Principal Munsiff Court- I, Kozhikode as confirmed by
   judgment dated 17-03-2021 in R.C.A No. 28 of 2020 passed by Rent Control
   Appellate Authority/ Additional District Court- IV, Kozhikode and all
   further proceedings in EP No. 16 of 2020 on the files of Principal
   Munsiff's Court- I, Kozhikode pending disposal of the revision petition.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
   order dated 21.03.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S K.M.FIROZ &
   M.SHAJNA, Advocates for the petitioner and of Sri. SREEKUMAR CHELUR,
   Advocate for the respondent, the court passed the following:

Interim order is revived and extended for a period of two weeks. List on 30-05-2022.
