        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the
   enforcement of the Judgment passed by the Rent Control Appellate
   Authority, Kozhikode in RCA 167/2017 pending disposal of the Rent Control
   Revision.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's
   order dated 21-03-2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S B.KRISHNAN
   & R.PARTHASARATHY, Advocates for the petitioner and of SRI.A.S.SASIDHARAN,
   Advocate for the respondent, the court passed the following:
