     Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to direct the respondents 2 to 7 to release provisional pension
to the petitioner forthwith, pending dispsoal of this Writ Petition in the
interest of justice.

     This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this court's order dated
28-07-2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S GEORGE MATHEW,
M.D.SASIKUMARAN, PRAVEEN S., SUNIL KUMAR A.G, DIPU JAMES, MATHEW K.T.,
