Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to recall the judgment
dated 19.11.2021 in the above WP(C) so as to keep the writ petition alive
for considering the other reliefs sought by the petitioner.
This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's judgment
dated 19.11.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.TERESA C. JOSEPH,
AKHILASREE BHASKARAN, Advocates for the petitioner in IA/WP(C), GOVERNMENT
PLEADER for the respondents 2 & 3 in IA/WP(C) and of SRI.A.N.RAJAN BABU

ORDER
Judgment dated 19.11.2021 was issued on the ground that the directions contained in the order dated 12.11.2021 have been complied with, whereas, the counsel for the petitioner submitted that only first instalment towards the UGC arrears had been paid and not the remaining amount and therefore I.A. is filed praying recalling of the judgment. In this view of the matter, judgment dated 19.11.2021 is recalled. The Writ Petition is restored to file.
Learned counsel for the respondents is directed to file additional affidavit specifying as to whether the directions contained in the order dated 12.11.2021 have been complied with and further, anything survives in the Writ Petition or not.
