                                     JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:-

i. To issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction commanding the respondents 1 to 3 to afford adequate and effective police protection to the life and property of the petitioner from the respondents 4 & 5.
ii. Direct the respondents 1 to 3 to ensure that the petitioner is not obstructed or threatened from entering his property by the respondents 4 & 5 and also to ensure that the respondents 4 & 5 does not trespass and commit waste in the petitioner's property

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent. In the light of the directions being issued, notice to the 2nd respondent is dispensed with.

3. The contention raised by the petitioner in this writ petition is that respondents 4 and 5 are creating threats and obstructions to the peaceful life of the petitioner. Petitioner has preferred Ext.P1 representation before the 1st respondent.

4. The learned Government Pleader submits on WP(C) NO.16393 OF 2022 3 instructions that the 2nd respondent, who is the Circle Inspector, Parassala will take up Ext.P1 and consider the complaints raised therein, with notice to respondents 4 and 5 as well.

In the above view of the matter, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to take up Ext.P1 representation submitted by the petitioner and to consider and take appropriate action thereon, with notice to the petitioner as well as respondents 4 and 5. Appropriate steps shall be taken within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The petitioner shall produce the copy of this judgment along with the copy of the representation before the 2 nd respondent for compliance.
