     Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
to:

     (a) Stay the operation of the Judgment dated 07/04/2022 in W.P.(C)
No.5977/2022 pending disposal of the above Writ Appeal.

     This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders on 20/05/2022 upon
perusing the appeal memorandum and this court's order dated

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties on either side, we deem it appropriate to refer this matter for mediation. The parties are, therefore, directed to appear before the Ernakulam Mediation Centre (Kerala High Court) at 11 a.m. on 27.05.2022.

Post after mediation with the report of the Mediator. Interim order dated 10.05.2022 will stand extended until further orders.
