JUDGMENT
This Contempt Case is filed complaining that the directives contained in the judgment dated 28 th March, 2018 in W.P.(C) No. 4891 of 2017 is not complied with.
2. However, today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Special Government Pleader for Forest submitted that as per the directions issued by this Court, the possession of the property was handed over to the petitioners on 23.03.2022 and a certificate was also issued by the Divisional Forest Officer in regard to the handing over of the land to the petitioners.
3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the sketch is not given by the respondents. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that within a reasonable time granted by this Court, a sketch also can be provided.
4. In that view of the matter, taking into consideration the submissions of the respective counsel, this Contempt Case is closed. However, I direct that steps shall be taken to hand over a copy of the sketch prepared on the basis of the land handed over to the petitioner, within one month from today.
