Adv. Gopikrisnan Nambiar takes notice for respondents 2 and 3.
Issue notice to 1st and 4th respondent through speed post. Learned counsel for respondents 2 and 3 raised a preliminary objection that the writ petition is belated, since the order under challenge was rendered way back on 5.4.2021.
Learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out that due to a clerical error Ext.P6 is sought to be quashed, instead of Ext.P7. The petitioner is permitted to correct the mistake.
