Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to direct the respondents not to proceed with the demolition,
alteration or renovation of the'Koothambalam'of Sree Subramanya Swami
Temple, Haripad, pending disposal of the Writ Petition(Civil).
This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
17/05/22 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.KISHORE, MEERA GOPINATH &
R.MURALEEKRISHNAN (MALAKKARA) Advocates for the petitioners and of
STANDING COUSEL for R1 to R4 and SRI.P.N.SANTHOSH for R5 to R10, the court
passed the following:

Today when this matter is taken up for consideration as 'to be spoken to', in terms of the order of this Court dated 17.05.2022, the learned Standing Counsel has placed on record the documents referred to in the said order, along with a memo dated 20.05.2022.
Heard further arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Standing Counsel for Travancore Devaswom Board and also the learned counsel for respondents 5 to 10.
