                               JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks variation of the building permit by including the details of the earth cutting and the quantity of earth to be removed. The counsel for the respondents submits that the Secretary can be directed to consider the request.

In the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P3 representation seeking modification of Ext.P2 site approval and building permit and pass orders within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
