JUDGMENT
Aggrieved by the rejection of approval of appointment of the petitioner as UPST in the NM UP School, Nadakkuthazha, Vatakara; petitioner has preferred Ext.P15 revision petition before the 1 st respondent as early as on 03.02.2022, which is pending consideration. Petitioner seeks for a direction for a speedy disposal of the revision pending before the 1 st respondent.
2. I have heard Sri.R.K.Muralidharan, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Smt.Sabeena P.
Ismail, learned Government Pleader.
3. Having regard to the circumstances and after perusing the pleadings, I am of the opinion that this writ petition can be disposed of, directing an WP(C) NO.16460 of 2022 3 expeditious consideration of the revision petition filed by the petitioner.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, with a a direction to the 1 st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P15 revision petition dated 03.02.2022, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
5. Needless to mention that, the relevant Government Orders including Ext.P11, which petitioner claims to be applicable to the instant case; apart from Ext.P11(a) declaration, alleged to have been submitted by the Manager, shall also be appreciated by the 1 st respondent while taking a decision.
The writ petition is disposed of.
