THE FOLLOWING:
 CON.CASE(C) NO. 633 OF 2022
                              3

                        JUDGMENT

Sri.T.P.Sajjan - learned Senior Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, submitted that out of the two limbs of the directions of this Court, the second has been complied with, namely that the petitioner has been allowed to remit land tax and will be allowed to do so in future. As regards the second, namely for restoration of the land in question, he sought one month's time.

In such circumstances, recording the afore submissions of Sri.T.P.Sajjan and directing the respondents to restore the lands to the petitioner not later than one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, I close this Contempt Case; however, leaving liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court for rehearing, if the afore directions are also not complied with.
