The petitioner, who is a stage carriage operator, seeks for revision of own timings. He is presently operating with the timings settled on 01.09.2016. Consequent on the introduction of other services and changed circumstances, the timings need to be revised. It is accordingly that Ext.P3 application seeking revision of timings has been submitted, is the contention. The petitioner seeks for an expeditious consideration of the application.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Senior Government Pleader.
Without expressing anything on the merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate WP(C) NO. 16496 OF 2022 3 orders on Ext.P3 application with due notice to the affected/interested parties, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
