JUDGMENT
The petitioner pleads singularly that the 1st respondent - Tahsildar be directed to consider and complete proceedings on Exts.P2 and P3 representations, wherein, she has sought for measurement of the properties belonging to her and two sisters.
2. The afore request of Smt.Mariyam Jacob - learned counsel for the petitioner, was answered by Smt.Mable C. Kurian
- learned Senior Government Pleader, saying that there are 31 properties involved and that proper measurement of all of them can be done only if its neighbours are issued notices under the applicable Rules. She added that the petitioner has already been directed to furnish details of the neighbors of all properties; on receipt of which, necessary action with respect to measurement of the same will be completed.
3. The afore submissions of the learned Senior Government Pleader make it evident that there are no disputes between the parties and that what is required to be first completed are the preparatory steps for measurement of the WPC 11850/22 3 properties.
I, therefore, direct the petitioner to appear before the 1 st respondent - Tahsildar at 11 a.m. on 31.05.2022; on which day, said Authority will inform her all requirements which are necessary for the purpose of measurement of the properties involved. On the petitioner complying with all such, the 1 st respondent will take up Exts.P2 and P3 representations and dispose them of, thus culminating in an appropriate order and necessary action thereon - after affording the petitioner and her sisters, if they are so interested, an opportunity of being heard - as expeditiously as is possible but not later than four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
This Writ Petition is thus ordered.
