JUDGMENT
This Original petition is filed by the petitioners seeking for an order for early disposal of S.T.No.463/2020 pending before the Grama Nyayalaya, Vadavucode, Kolenchery. The petitioners are the accused Nos. 2,3,8,9 and 13 in the aforesaid case. When the original petition came up for consideration, a report was called for from the Grama Nyayalaya. In response to the same, the Grama Nyayalay has forwarded a report dated 14.03.2022 wherein it is mentioned that some of the accused persons are yet to appear before the court. However, it is mentioned that, the said case can be disposed of within a period of six months.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the view that, this original petition can be disposed of in the light of the said report.
Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the Grama Nyayalaya, Vadavucode, Kolenchery to take up and dispose of OP(CRL.) NO. 92 OF 2022 4 S.T. No.463/2020 within a period of six months from the date of production of this judgment.
