                                 JUDGMENT

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the refusal on the part of the respondents in accepting the basic land tax in respect of the property of the petitioner. Highlighting the aforesaid grievances, the petitioner submitted Exhibit P3 request before the 2nd respondent which is dated 4.4.2022 and the same is even now pending consideration.

2. When the Writ Petition came up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner confines his relief to a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the aforesaid application within a time frame.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent-Village Officer to take up and pass appropriate orders on WP(C) No.16065 of 2022 3 Ext.P3 application submitted by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall forward a copy of this judgment along with a copy of this Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
