Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to enlarge the time
limit prescribed by this Honourable Court in paragraph 6, page 4 of the
judgment dated 06/04/2022 in OP(FC)No.54 of 2022 for producing fixed
deposit receipts before Family Court, Chavara till 22/04/2022 in the
interest of justice.
This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's judgment
dated 06/04/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.PHILIP MATHEWS &
E.RADHAKRISHNAN, Advocates for the petitioner in IA/OP(FC) and of K.SIJU,
ANJANA KANNATH & T.S.SREEKUTTY, Advocates for the respondents in

ORDER
Having heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner, we are convinced of the reasons stated for the delay in producing the fixed deposit receipts. The time stipulated for production of the fixed deposit receipts is extended by one week from today. If the fixed deposit receipts have already been produced as stated by the petitioner, the same shall be accepted, treating such production to be within time.
